At Sivam Nighties & Textiles, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (women’s innerwear, apparel, and fashion items), we follow a strict return policy as outlined below.
Eligible for Return or Replacement
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product received (wrong size or item)
- Item is missing from the order
To qualify for return/replacement, the following must be provided:
- A clear unboxing video starting from package opening
- The complaint must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
- Items without unboxing video proof
- Change of mind after delivery
- Used, worn, or washed products
- Size issues where correct size was ordered and delivered
Replacement Process
If the issue is valid and supported by video proof:
- We will replace the same product at no additional cost.
- If the product is out of stock, we will:
- Inform the customer promptly
- Offer a refund or store credit (as per customer preference)
Refund Timeline
If eligible for a refund:
- It will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as a credit voucher, based on mutual agreement
How to Raise a Return/Replacement Request
Please email us at contact@sivamnightys.com with the following:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Attached unboxing video
- Clear photos (if applicable)
Important Notes
- Without video proof, we reserve the right to reject return/replacement claims.
- Courier or delivery damages must be recorded in the unboxing video.
- Sivam Nighties & Textiles reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time.
